Teamwork. What is Teamwork?
Teamwork is a process of working which everyone in certain group/organization/team etc. work collaboratively, in order to achieve their goal.
So, why is Teamwork important in a team?
Teams/Groups are essential part of working life especially on students and adults. Just imagine yourself building a house by yourself; you’re all alone with no one in your side. Isn’t it difficult and more time consuming? This so called teamwork account to huge majority of work done by organizations.

Pros and Cons of Teamwork
 Pros 
  1. Works faster; less time consumed
  2. There are more people so MORE IDEA
  3. More People = More Input
  4. More Accuracy on work
  5. More Efficient
  6. Strengthens Communication Skills

          Cons
  1. One member down, everybody down
  2. More members = Difference in Interests
  3. Too many opinion to consider and everybody promotes their own
  4. Creates a Political Environment in a Team
  5. If one member is not satisfied, the rest suffers
  6. Motivation is present but may depend on the leader
  7. Team Emotion depends on each other
  8. Too much people = Overcrowded workplace
                  So even working in a team may fail. So what should I do? Maybe you should consider things before making a team. Here are some thing to consider in forming a team.
  1. Make sure you know everybody in your team
  2. If you know that someone doesn't suit in your team, don't hesitate to remove him or he will just be a hindrance in achieving your goal
  3. As much as possible, less people but make sure those people have every skill you need.
  4. Motivate each other from time to time.And lastly,
  5. Work with a smile :)
